Founder's Message
I built ROSE Tech Academy for people who have the courage to begin again. After 25 years in technology and security leadership, I've seen how life-changing the right opportunity can be — especially for those who've been overlooked or told they were too late. ROSE exists to make learning accessible, supportive, and human. Here, you're not just learning skills — you're reclaiming possibility.
— Carol Griffin, Founder, Dallas, Texas
Rosie's Story
ROSE Tech Academy was inspired by my mother, Rosie — a woman who entered the workforce at 40 with courage, humility, and a determination to learn. She didn't grow up with technology, but she believed in doing hard things, staying curious, and trusting that God would carry her through every new challenge.
Her journey taught me that learning is not about age, background, or where you start — it's about heart, resilience, and the belief that you belong in every room your work has earned you.
ROSE Tech Academy exists because of her. And it exists for every person who reminds me of her: the late starters, the career changers, the quiet fighters, and the people who just need someone to say, "You can do this."
